Biographie
I am committed to helping you draw on your powerful ‘sun within’ to confront your barriers, cultivate your existing strengths, and increase your resilience through a trauma-informed lens that honours your whole, unique identity. Counselling will be a safe, calm, and you-focused experience, using evidence-based approaches custom-tailored to your unique situation and goals. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). In addition, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I work with my supervisor, Daniel Dufraimont, RP. I hold a Master of Science in Counselling. As well I am a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Practitioners (OAMHP). I treat teenagers and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, and trauma. It will be my honour to walk beside you as you draw on your inner strengths and self-expertise to move toward your goals.
