Accepting New Clients - Does it all just feel like a lot? Feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in patterns you’re not sure how to shift in your daily life, or relationships? Are you navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or the weight of caregiving and responsibility? Looking for support in moving into a new role within your family, relationship, or parenting? Maybe you’re trying to make sense of your past, your identity, or how to move forward in a way that feels more steady and sustainable. Together, we can slow things down, build insight, and help you feel more grounded and supported in your day to day life. I work with adults from diverse and multicultural backgrounds, including those navigating immigration, identity, and belonging, as well as individuals supporting aging parents or living with chronic health concerns. I also support those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, balancing multiple roles and responsibilities, or looking for clarity overall.
