Biographie

What would it mean to understand yourself and your relationships more clearly? Whether you're struggling to direct your energy toward what matters, facing a difficult life transition, or simply sensing something needs to shift, I offer a non-judgmental space to explore it. My focus areas include ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, gender identity and exploration, LGBTQ2IA+ mental health, meaning, and creativity & artistic practice. As a queer and trans therapist, I bring particular understanding to questions of identity, change, and self-becoming, and I welcome clients from all walks of life. Drawing on my background in neuroscience, philosophy, and art, I personalize therapy to fit your needs and preferences. Clients tell me I'm easy to talk to, and my relationship-centred style is both practical and exploratory, utilizing existential therapy, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT, and other approaches to provide flexible, comprehensive support. Taking the first step can be daunting, but you don't have to approach your concerns alone. If you think we might work well together, feel free to reach out and schedule a consultation. Let's explore how I could support you in exploring new perspectives, building resiliency, and cultivating meaningful change for a rich, fulfilling, and joyful life.
