Biographie

Accepting NEW Clients – Do you find feeling stuck, anxious, or wishing you had more confidence or self-esteem? Are you interested in understanding yourself or your choices and want to dig into the roots of why you feel the way you do? Are you struggling to find your "why" or to find meaning in what you're doing? Are you an athlete feeling held back or blocked? Are you interested in looking at your past, taking your power back over experiences, and learning coping skills or tools? Together, we can look at your past, present, and future goals, and provide you with an understanding of what this means to you. I hold a Masters of Counselling Psychology, as well as an Honours Bachelor Degree in Social Psychology. Having worked in both public and private fields with adults and teens, my experiences have provided me a strong foundation to work with clients to understand trauma, help find meaning, and create a sense of control in a judgement-free relationship. While my work comes from a variety of frameworks including a trauma-focused approach to ACT, Narrative Therapy, REBT, and Parts-Work, our sessions would be based on your unique preferences and needs. My areas of interest are self-esteem, mood and stress, sport performance, self-awareness and growth, and trauma.
