I hold a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Adler University and I am an EMDR practitioner with advanced trainings. Having worked alongside people from all of all ages and cultural backgrounds in a variety of settings, I understand how these differences across our experience can impact us. While my work stems from many frameworks including a trauma-informed view of Solution Focused, EMDR, CBT, self-compassion and Narrative therapy, the space we build together would be specific to your needs, goals, and experiences.
