Biographie

A lot of the people I work with are navigating complicated relationships - with a partner, an ex, a parent, or within themselves. They struggle with boundaries, overthinking, people-pleasing, or a sense that they've lost themselves along the way. Sometimes there's a clear reason they're reaching out; other times it's just a feeling that something isn't right anymore. I specialize in the messy, real-life parts of relationships that don't fit neatly into categories: separation and divorce, co-parenting with a difficult ex, blended family stress, healing from narcissistic or emotional abuse, postpartum identity shifts, and the slow erosion that comes from over-explaining and tolerating more than you want to for a long time. My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. We explore where your patterns come from and how they've been protective - then work on what's within your control: communicating differently, setting boundaries in a way that feels doable, and responding to real situations without getting pulled back into old loops. I show up as a real person in sessions. I'll ask questions, reflect patterns, and gently challenge when needed - but always in a way that feels grounded, not overwhelming. Clients often tell me they feel like they can finally exhale. That's always the goal: a space where you can just be yourself, so we can get to what actually matters and create real, lasting change in how you show up in your relationships and for yourself.
