Paige specializes in addiction recovery and individual relationship support-her specialties for over 15 years. Sana Psychological is a small team of therapists also led by Paige Abbott. We provide modern, evidence-based in person and virtual therapy services in Calgary and Alberta. We offer support for addiction, OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, relationships, youth, kids and more.

Biographie

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and productive therapeutic space where we can address front and center challenges as well as underlying contributors. If you are wanting to change your patterns with substances, behaviours that have become problematic, and/or relationship patterns, including codependency, boundaries, and communication, then I would be happy to help. I offer individual counselling for adults using a variety of therapeutic approaches to explore underlying thoughts, feelings, behaviours and holistic contributors to health. I also support a wonderful team of therapists at Sana Psychological, a mental health clinic in Calgary, AB providing in person and virtual support. Sana Psychological has clinicians who work with individuals, couples and families. We support those age 5+ who are feeling caught in areas like: Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, OCD, Addiction (including Alcohol Use, Gambling, Sex, Codependency, and more), Depression/Mood, Grief, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation, and/or are looking to improve their general wellness. At Sana Psychological, you have access to a team of professionals each with their own specializations which allows for greater flexibility and customization of services.
