I provide clients with a non-judgmental space to unpack their concerns. I have experience providing virtual psychotherapy/counselling for individuals and couples. I work with clients experiencing overwhelming feelings of anxiety, stress management, depression, childhood traumas, relationship issues, divorce/separation healing, self-esteem, spirituality, school/career and other issues. Clients are supported in various areas, including exploring the sources of clients’ concerns, using client empowering, inner strengths, grief and collaborating with the therapist to develop a flexible treatment plan. This is one of the models I use to support clients in their healing journey. I understand that each client brings their unique concerns, which helps me address each case with great care and respect. I have been trained in various therapeutic approaches based on best practices, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychotherapy, Family System Therapy, knowledge of the Gottman Couples Therapy Model, and others that help clients. This knowledge allows me to address clients' concerns with the therapeutic approaches best suited to the client’s needs. In the first session, I often used CBT or Accepting Commitment Therapy (ACT).
