I am a Registered Psychologist with master's degrees in Sport Psychology from the University of Alberta and Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. My professional journey encompasses roles as a competitive athlete, sport science researcher, and mental performance consultant, which has fostered a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by high achievers. I offer services focusing on sport and performance psychology, working with individuals aged 14+, including athletes, students, and professionals in demanding environments. I work with issues such as stress, burnout, performance anxiety, life transitions, injury recovery, and other barriers to optimal performance and well-being. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, integrating techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness-based strategies to develop mental skills that enhance performance and improve overall well-being.
