Jen Robson

Welcome! My name is Jen Robson (she/her/hers) and Bene Counselling is my private therapy practice based in Calgary, Alberta Canada, located on Treaty 7 Territory. The City of Calgary is also home to Metis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. I am passionate about supporting people. I aim to promote wellness and satisfying interpersonal connections. I bring over twenty years of experience counselling adolescents, adults, couples and families in acute area of crisis, interpersonal relationships, mental illness and substance use. In addition to being a therapist I enjoy being active outdoors, traveling, spending time with my family (along with my dog Tucker) and connecting with friends. I also work full time as a family counsellor for Alberta Health Services.
