I provide a connection-based tailored approach that meets you wherever you may be on your journey. My first goal in counselling is that you feel safe, comfortable, and validated in my office, it is in the presence of connection that healing can begin. I'm able to support clients through past traumatic experiences, stress, anxiety, issues with self-esteem, and complex relationships who are hoping to move forward towards healing. I also offer EMDR therapy. You should feel like the expert on your journey. I care deeply that you feel heard and understood in my cozy office. This is why I integrate various approaches based on your needs and have training in EMDR, attachment, anxiety, regulation, ADHD, stress management & relationships. I can provide Gottman Couples Therapy as well as 1:1 EMDR Therapy. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. In my office I encourage you to get comfortable, you're allowed to fidget, and it's ok to sprinkle in a bit of dark humour. Above all my practice is grounded in care and compassion. I hope to offer a space that is free from judgement, where you can learn and heal.
