Greetings! I am Lindsay and as a dedicated clinical counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.), I specialize in supporting teens and Christian women who are struggling with anxiety and stress who are highly sensitive people (HSPs). With a compassionate and client-centred approach, I create a safe and empowering environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I focus on fostering resilience and personal growth, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether helping teens cope with school or social pressures, guiding young adults through life transitions, or providing seniors with strategies for dealing with loss and change.
