I offer compassionate, inclusive and accessible psychotherapy options to clients in Ontario that are experiencing, challenges or loss in their life related to their reproductive or perinatal story. I work with clients at any point in their perinatal journey (conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum or long after) and can create flexible care plans to suit a client’s comfort and needs.

Too often one of the most difficult first steps in working through life challenges, whether large or small, is to acknowledge the need for support and to seek out the help that you need. My work with adolescents, adults and couples has been to accompany them on a journey that involves building a toolset designed to navigate their particular challenges.
