I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Psychology and Applied Positive Psychology and a specialization in trauma-focused care. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Neurofeedback to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation. With clinical experience in nonprofit, school, and private practice settings, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, grief, and major life transitions. Rooted in compassion and clinical expertise, my work centers on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence, and I maintain active membership with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Chilean Superintendence of Health (as a licensed psychologist), the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR), the Mexican Society of Bio and Neurofeedback (SMBN), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
