Hi, I’m Arianne. I’m glad you’re here. I believe everyone deserves therapy access, regardless of background or identity. As a first-generation immigrant, I combine lived experience with clinical training to create a safe and brave space where you can be seen, heard, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Biographie

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply empathetic. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in old patterns, we will work together to find a path forward at your own pace. To my 1.5 and second-generation Filipino folks: Growing up between two worlds can feel like constantly code-switching. If you are trying to break intergenerational cycles, untangle cultural expectations (like utang na loob or hiya), or learn to set healthy boundaries without the overwhelming guilt, I see you. In our sessions, you don’t have to translate your experience or find the perfect words—safe space ito kung saan puwede kang maging ikaw. Nandito ako para makinig nang walang panghuhusga. English, Tagalog, and Taglish are always welcome. My clinical background includes supporting vulnerable individuals through some of life’s most high-stress settings, such as crisis lines and long-term care homes. This has deeply rooted my commitment to making mental health care accessible, inclusive, and deeply human. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me out on an adventure, spending quality time with friends and family, or hanging out with my very curious orange cat, Theo. I bring that same genuine curiosity and warmth into our sessions, eager to understand your unique story, your strengths, and what healing looks like for you.
