Alisha MacIsaac
Canadian Certified Counsellor
Life can feel overwhelming when your brain processes things differently. If you are juggling burnout, relationship struggles, or feeling you are not doing "enough," you are not alone. I support adults, couples, and parents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other mental health challenges, by helping to explore your experiences, build effective strategies, and embrace your strengths.
In a safe, non-judgemental environment, we will work together to address your concerns with compassion and understanding. My priority is to help you feel supported and comfortable while providing the tools to help you meet your goals in a realistic, manageable way. As a neurodivergent professional myself, I understand that one-size-fits-all methods don’t often work, so I offer a flexible, personalized approach tailored to your needs.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision. If you're wondering how I can support you or how our work together might look, let's connect! We can talk about your hopes for therapy and how I can help you reach your goals.
