I am passionate about my work & my skill set is well suited for individuals or couples experiencing life transitions or relationship challenges, in romantic partnerships, friendships, family, professional or otherwise. This includes Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health, Separation/Divorce and Co-parenting, alternative relationship structures to name just a few. Just like the PSA’s from 90’s “The More You Know..” I believe knowledge is power. As we come to understand ourselves, our emotions & needs, our strength & resilience will grow empowering us to repair relationships (with others & self) & make change happen in our lives. I believe that as a therapist, it is a privilege to be invited into another person’s life & one I never take lightly. Reaching out for support may feel overwhelming, & the task of finding the right person for you can be daunting. I want to assure you this is a safe space, & my primary objective is YOU finding the right person for YOU. Your confidence in that decision is extremely important to me.
