I support adults and young adults healing from addiction, social anxiety, and depression, and guide trauma recovery through an EMDR-informed lens. As a non-Indigenous person working with Indigenous clients, I strive to honour a Two-Eyed Seeing perspective and practice with cultural humility. Recovery doesn't happen to you, it happens because of you. I'll be there beside you.

Biographie

Master's of Art in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University (2026). I have helped clients in inpatient, outpatient, group, and individual sessions. Registered with CRPO. EMDR trained. Two years experience working with Indigenous folks. I work from a client-centred stance as I too was once a client. Now, I have 12 years of sobriety and live with 5 diagnosed mental health conditions. I share this is there is a good chance I can understand what you're saying because I have been there. I have the book learning and credentials and, perhaps more importantly, lived experience.
