Biographie

If you’re feeling stressed, burned out, overwhelmed by anger, or unsure of your direction in life, you’re not alone. Many people reach out when they’ve been carrying heavy thoughts and emotions for far too long, often trying to manage everything on their own. You might feel stuck in your head, exhausted by constant pressure, or frustrated that old patterns keep showing up. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you create some space around what you’re experiencing so it no longer feels so consuming or in control. I can provide telephone counselling for individuals in New Brunswick, SK, MB, NL, YT, BC, AB, NU, and NT. If you’re ready to feel more purposeful, and more like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
