Hello, I am Amanda Williams, a Registered Counselling Therapist and Psychotherapist, in Nova Scotia, Canada. Finding balance in my life is a large part of why I started on this journey of helping others. As a teacher, avid traveller, and now a mom to a little boy named Charlie, my life experiences have brought me to a place where balance is everything. Finding ways of taking care of myself, as well as my family, clients and those around me in my community is an important value I hold. Which is why I work hard everyday to ensure I am living up to that value, by sharing my knowledge of mental and physical health with those seeking to find that same balance as me. I am a life long learner, always keen to learn, explore or experience new places, people and events in order to better understand myself, the world around me and the people within it.
