Sandra Daoust

Hi, I’m Sandra—founder of Sovereign Wellness Inc. and a counsellor based in North Vancouver and Vancouver, BC. I created this practice to hold space for people who are ready to come home to themselves. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected from your inner voice, or seeking more clarity and peace, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I take the time to truly understand what matters most to you—your values, your history, your hopes—and together we explore what healing and growth can look like on your terms. I believe therapy should feel safe, intentional, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. You're the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. I work with individuals and couples with a special interest in supporting people through grief and loss, identity exploration, relationship challenges, elder issues, career transitions, and recovering from burnout. I also help those struggling with their relationship to food, movement, or body image, and those wanting to untangle the impact of past experiences on present-day life.
