Tara Woodley

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with experience in both private practice and community-based settings. I work with individuals, youth, and couples navigating a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, and self-harm. My approach is grounded in relational, attachment-based, and parts work perspectives. I bring not only professional training and clinical experience to my work, but also a deep sense of empathy and curiosity. I practice from a trauma-informed, decolonial lens and affirm all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and neurodivergent experiences. My goal is to meet you where you are and honour your story.
