I have experience providing psychotherapy/counselling for individuals and couples. I work with client’s experiencing anxiety, stress management, depression, childhood traumas, relationship issues, school/career issues, self-esteem and others transitional issues. If you are experiencing similar symptoms, you will greatly benefit from this counselling. I focus on clients support in various areas, including exploring the sources of their concerns, empowering them, and exploring their inner strengths. I also work with clients on a collaborative, flexible treatment plan. This plan is done with clients interested in having a guide to measure their progress. I found this plan encourages and supports clients in achieving better results in their healing journey. I believe each client brings a unique experience, which allows me to address each case with a unique approach based on their needs. I have been trained in various therapeutic approaches based on best practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychotherapy, Family System Therapy, knowledge of the Gottman Couples Therapy Model, and other therapeutic approaches that best suit the client’s needs. In the first session, I often used CBT or Accepting Commitment Therapy (ACT).
