Whether you’re experiencing personal struggles or simply looking for guidance, I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and empathetic space for you to heal, grow, and rediscover your strength. My role as a counsellor stems from my personal challenges. I understand the hesitation of seeking help, especially for individuals from unique and diverse backgrounds, including marginalized communities. I collaborate with my clients to customize a solution-focused method which incorporates - Emotion Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation. My goal is to empower you with tools to build resilience and find balance during tough times, while ensuring that your background, beliefs, and identity are always respected. Through creative outlets like art and breath work, I can help you explore emotions when words feel difficult. I offer confidential, culturally sensitive care in English, Hindi and Urdu.
