I see clients in person in my beautiful home in Ottawa and online! I have a long background in child protection social work, psychotherapy, counseling, addictions, and family support. I've spent the last six years bringing my formidable experience and training to focus on trauma and PTSD using EMDR. My average client seems me for 4-9 hours, and some folks do full or multiple-day intensives depending on their trauma history. EMDR is very relaxing, calming, and clarifying. Trauma will leave us with big triggers in our bodies and reactions to people/places/things. EMDR will relieve that and shift your negative narrative of "I don't belong", "I'm not good enough", "I don't matter" to "It's over, I'm safe now", "I'm lovable and worth knowing", and "I'm really OK just as I am"
