Through a holistic view of my client's unique needs, I draw upon modalities such as Emotion-focused, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strength-based therapies. I provide individual counselling services in person in Kamloops B.C or online sessions within the province of B.C.
